2. https://sites.google.com/
also google cloud give some opportunity (300$ for year) for free https://cloud.google.com/

Advantages:
1. Include statistics about pages view number and clicks on links
2. Google show site in search and site can have view from it.
3. Include features for business (goods, event, sales, news, work hours and other)
4. Site is opened in browser fast.

Disadvantages
1. The URL of site can not be change by Google custom URL, and it leads for problem with opening some URL (facebook, youtube) on the site when right redirect is set.
2. Extremely limited ability to change the look of the site
3. Almost unsuitable for non-business organization
